The 8th Annual “Advances in Chemical Sciences” Symposium takes place tomorrow at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, MA. This event is organized by the Northeastern Section Of the American Chemical Society (NESACS) and has been very well-received in past years. This year’s event will be bringing together ~200 scientists from the area to learn about and discuss recent advances in organic and medicinal chemistry. Speakers at the symposium include: Nobel Laureate Prof. Jack Szostak (Harvard Medical School), Larry Hamann (Celgene), Ann Weber (Kallyope), Margaret Chu-Moyer (Amgen), Phil S. Baran (Scripps Research Institute), and David R. Liu (Harvard University). We are looking forward to this one-day event and hope to see you there!
