For over fifty years, the IDW has been bringing together graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to discuss new and notable topics within inorganic chemistry. The meeting’s attendance has continued to grow and mainly involves scientists from Ontario and Quebec. This year, the two keynote speakers are James Mayer of Yale University, the recipient of the 2018 ACS Award in Inorganic Chemistry, and Laurel Schafer of the University of British Columbia. The event will also include ~60 oral presentations and ~60 poster presentations. Talks and networking events will be held over the course of three days allowing attendees ample opportunities to build and foster relationships with peers and potential clients.
We look forward to once again sponsoring and attending this event and hope to see you there!
