Emergency Overview: Strongly acidic corrosive material. Causes sensitization by skin contact. Exposure to gold compounds may damage kidney function and reduce blood cell count.

Eye Contact: Corrosive to the eyes.
Skin Contact: Causes burning of the skin with redness, pain, itching, pimples, boils, hives and blisters.
